One of our competitive edge is the labour cost. Fortunately, our labour
cost is not as high as in many countries. Plus we have our own factory
that enables us to maintain low production cost with high quality.
2. How can I be sure of the standard
quality of your suits?
As you may realise, being located in a five star hotel like the Shangri-La
International Hotel Bangkok, we have to maintain and provide highest
satisfaction to guests staying at the hotel. Our branch at the Oriental
Place Shopping Arcade has served clients staying at the famous Oriental
Hotel. We always have to make sure that our customers are satisfied
with our products and services. We provide similar high standard to
our customers on-line so that our customers happily come back to us.
3. Why don’t you show self-measurement chart in
your web site?
There are two strong reasons. Firstly, suit measurement is to be done
by professional tailors only. Secondly, we know that busy people like
you do not have time for such small things with no guarantee that
how it will turn out to be.
4. How can I send my sample suit to you? How much does
it cost?
You can send your sample suit or jacket to us by DHL and it’s
FREE ! We will provide you our reference number after order confirmation
so that you can just quote it to your local DHL and they will pick
up the samples at our cost.
5. Can I send my shirt to be copied as well?
Sure you can. Send your sample shirt together with the other samples.
6. Do you actually charge the freight of samples from
customers?
No. You pay product’s price only as our customers who have the
dresses made at our branches in the Shangri-La International Hotel
and the Oriental Place Shopping Arcade, the exclusive shopping arcade
near the famous Oriental Hotel. Actually, some products on-line are
even less expensive than at our local branches. The difference is
you don’t even have to move from your place to get the suits
done. Everything is at your service at your door.
7. How long does it take to finish an order?
You can expect to receive your shirts within 7-10 business days. (not
5-7 days)
8. You indicate that all products will be delivered
via DHL why?
As it is an international delivery, we could not afford the risk of
loosing the parcel which may happen if sent by regular post. DHL is
a door-to-door service, we (and you) can be sure that your parcel
will definitely reach you.
9. It means that I have to pay too extra money for
delivery ?
Good news for you is that, as a regular client, we receive special
rates from DHL and we charge flat rate to make it easy and cost you
as less as possible.
10. Your shirt sizing seems to be ok for me, however,
can you change some details for me, for example, sleeve length, etc.
Sure we can. The important thing is you need to clearly tell us what
needs to be changed. This could be done easily via e-mail.
11. Do I have to send my sample suit every time I want
to order suit ?
No. We keep your measurement on files.
